Easy Double Chocolate Banana Snack Cake
Yield: 1

2 c Flour; all purpose 1/2 c Banana; mashed ripe
1 c Sugar 1 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Cocoa; unsweetened 1 ts Vanilla
1 ts Baking soda 3/4 c Chocolate chips; semisweet
3/4 c Milk

Fat grams per serving: Approx. Cook Time: :15
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and
salt. Make well in centre of ingredients.
Add milk, banana, butter, lemon juice and vanilla.
Beat with fork till well blended, about 2 minutes. Stir in chocolate
chips. Pour into greased 9" square cake pan.
Bake in 350F oven for 45-50 minutes or till done. Cool completely. To
serve, sprinkle with icing sugar.

Nora Mill Easy Corn Bread
Yield: 10

1 c NORA MILL self-rise cornmeal 1/2 c Vegetable oil
1/2 ts Salt 2 Eggs, beaten
8 oz Sour cream 4 oz Cream style corn

Combine cornmeal and oil, add beaten eggs and stir. Add other ingredients
and bake at 400 degrees F. for 25-30 minutes or until done. Serve hot or
cold, especially good with a pat of butter and/or favorite jam or jelly.

Recipe Conversion to use Plain NORA MILL cornmeal:

Add/exchange the following items to above ingredient listing: 2 1/2 cups
Plain NORA MILL cornmeal, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. baking soda, and 2
tsp. salt.)

A REAL EASY COOKIE
Yield: 4 Servings

Graham crackers
Pecan halves
1/2 c Sugar
2 Sticks cutter

Melt butter and sugar. Bring to a boil. Boil for two minutes ONLY.
Place graham crackers on foil lined sheet. Place nuts on cracker
center. Spoon butter and sugar mix over graham crackers. Bake at 325
degrees for 15 minutes on top rack. Cool completely and serve.

KEEBLER EASY ELFIN CHEESECAKE (NO BAKE!)
Yield: 1 Servings

1 Graham cracker pie crust
8 oz Cream cheese, softened
1/3 c Sugar
1 c Sour cream
2 ts Vanilla
8 oz Whipped topping, frozen
Strawberries, fresh(garnish)

Beat cheese until smooth, gradually beat in sugar.
blend in sour cream and vanilla. fold in whipped
topping, blending well. spoon into crust. chill until
set, at least 4 hours. garnish with fresh
strawberries for garnish.

KING ARTHUR'S EASY BEST LOAF
Yield: 2 Servings

1 tb Sugar
1 tb Salt
1 pk Active dry yeast
2 c Warm water
6 c Flour

Mix yeast,sugar,salt and water together. let stand
until salt sugar and yeast are dissolved. Gradually
add flour to liquid and mix thouroughly, until dough
pulls form bowl sides. Turn ontofloured work
surfaceand knead 5 minutes, Let dough rest while you
grease bowl. Knead dough again 2-3 minutes, Place
dough in bowl, turn once to grease top. Cover with
damp towel and keep warm until doubled in bulk(1-2
hours) Punch down dough and knead briefly to get out
any air pockets. Cut in half, shape into 2 Italian or
french style loafs. Put on cookie sheet sprinkled with
cornmeal. Rest 5 minutes. Lightly slash tops 3 times
diagonally and brush with cold water. Place on rack in
cold oven with roasting pan full of boiling water
below.Bake 400 F for 30-45 minutes until crust is
golden brown and sounds hollow to the touch,
